Standard Refund Window

 

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. We know that sometimes life gets busy, so we want to give you a little time to decide.

You can make payments through Paystack or opt for offline payments. No matter how you pay, we’re here to help you with any questions or concerns.

 

Special Conditions

 

Soaps, Creams, and Perfumes: Due to hygiene reasons, these items may only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

 

Books: Please note that books are non-refundable. We want you to be sure about your choice before purchasing!

 

Digital Products: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for eBooks or PDFs. Once you download, it’s yours to enjoy!

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not refundable. We hope you understand!

 

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away. We offer either a refund or a replacement for damaged products.

 

Gifts: Gifts are not returnable. If you received a gift, you’re not sure about, we recommend chatting with the giver.

 

Seasonal Items: After the season ends, we can’t accept returns, so please choose carefully!

Restocking Fee

 

There is a 40% restocking fee on returned items to cover our costs in processing returns.
